What do you do when you’re suddenly confronted with a stressful situation?

A non-negotiable for me is my morning routine, stretching & running, no matter what! Challenges, obstacles & stress are not excuses.

Staying healthy when you’re stressed has so many benefits! Helps with confidence, self-worth, and how you deal with unfortunate situations. It also feels REALLY good, to feel good!
