Pause. Breathe. Be Proud of Yourself for How Far You’ve Come.
At times, I find myself getting frustrated by things I’ve done in the past that didn’t serve me well. It’s easy to feel ashamed, but it’s also easy to reflect on the steps and actions I have taken to get to where I am today.
Acknowledging your past choices and mistakes is healthy, as long as you’re not lingering there. Celebrating your “wins” that have played a crucial role in where you are today is just as important and even better for your well-being.
Each day, tell yourself how YOUnique you are.
