A few years ago, I started adding a set of ten stairs to my morning stretch routine to help rev me up for the day. Instead of counting the mundane one to ten…I created mantras to boost my energy and help me remember what number stair I was on. 😊

To this day, I still incorporate my Zenatude® mantras in my morning workouts and any situation that calls for patience.

Whether it’s during your workout, sitting in traffic, waiting, standing in line, holding on the phone… There’s always a creative way to make YOUR TIME count.
