Merry Christmas &
Happy Hanukkah

Many of us are in full preparation mode—shopping for gifts, planning events, checking grocery lists…wondering if there’s enough ham, turkey, and pie… and then there are those last-minute stocking stuffers.

On top of that, we’re thinking about who’s gathering at the table and how the day will unfold.

If you’re feeling a little stressed, take a moment and remember everything can’t be done at once—and it also can’t all be thought at once.

Pause.

Take one full, intentional minute to stay still and breathe.

Now look at that get it done list and choose one thing you have control over right now. If you can, start with the hardest task first, that’ll keep the feeling of dread from hanging over you later.

As you work your way through your to-dos, stay mindful of the gift in front of you: the opportunity to celebrate, cook, share, laugh, and simply be with the people you love.

Family gatherings aren’t always perfect. Sometimes uncomfortable moments happen—and that’s okay.

Even when your perspective differs, your intentions are often the same: to stay connected, to feel close, and to be loved.

Wishing you a peaceful and joyful Christmas and Hanukkah. May your holiday be full of presence, gratitude, and Zenatude. ️💚

Have a Zenatudinal Day!
