“April Showers bring May Flowers” took on a whole new meaning this year as I realize what it actually signifies…” even after long periods of adversity (difficulty/hardship), good times will follow.”

This post is dedicated to my niece, Bryttn Grace, who taught us all to “Live Bold and Love Big.” As she had battled leukemia for the last few years, her strength and courage proved she was a true superhero.

Bryttn Grace taught us to continue enjoying life, even in the most difficult times. Her favorite activity was swimming. She was very artistic and loved creating everything from jewelry to TikTok’s (Papadke). She had a deep competitive love for Bingo and was known for her passion for fine dining; she loved a good, rare steak, crab legs, and anything curry. One of her favorite songs was “Lift Me Up” by Rhianna and her favorite color was purple.💜

Struggles and the inevitable happen in life, it’s what we choose to do in these moments that can help ease the pain. Celebrate the people around you and enjoy your “favorites.”

Always remember there’s a superhero that lives inside of each one of you.
