Here are 3 tips to be UNFLAPPABLE.

1. Stay active.

With the weather a bit colder and the extra activities going on throughout the month…make NO excuses. It’s been proven that exercise elevates your mood!

2. Consider a healthy morning routine.

✅Grateful list/prayer
✅Healthy breakfast
✅ Exercise your brain by meditating, reading, or journaling
✅Drink water
✅Stay off phone/social media first hour of waking up.

3. Avoid too many sweets.

Yes, this is a tough one…sugar can certainly help us feel less frazzled. Sugar can also lessen our ability to cope with stress. Of course, indulge…no need to overdo it 😁
