What’s Your ZenaDo?

Earlier this year, as I was getting closer to finishing my ZenTen book, I started brainstorming ways to make it more interactive—with a little twist. I wanted something that played off the vibe of Zenatude while still pairing perfectly with “ZenTen.”

I vividly remember the morning I wrote “Zenatude Get It Done” list, and suddenly ZenaDo came to life. From there, the rest just flowed.

If you haven’t seen the back cover of ZenTen, here are the other fun terms I created.  Each chapter includes a:

ZenTen – a mantra to repeat for your daily mindset reset

ZenaDo – a simple action to turn positive attitude into practice

ZenaJot – a journal prompt for self-reflection and clarity

ZenaVow – a visual affirmation to help you see and feel your energy

ZenaTrue – a powerful truth to keep you grounded, motivated, and inspired.

I was so excited to come up with these and wanted to publish my book then, but knew there was a lot more work to do and that’s when the practice of patience set in.
